A rooftop under glass, and a kitchen that feeds both.
Both are open to people who are not staying at the hotel. The rooftop is the reason a lot of people in Jounieh know the address.
Don Jose Lounge Bar
The rooftop lounge, under a glass ceiling, with indoor and outdoor seating and panoramic sea and mountain views over Jounieh Bay. Open year-round. Arrive 30 to 45 minutes before sunset for golden hour and the turn into the evening city lights.

The restaurant
Lebanese, Italian and international cooking, open to non-residents as well as hotel guests. Three breakfasts are served: Continental, French, and the Couples Special. The dining room can be booked for private ceremonies seating up to 100.

The rooftop takes 130 for an event.
Sunset ceremonies, cocktail receptions and corporate functions, with catering and layout arranged around what you are holding.
